A reward points app for the places you already go
One free Eknas account holds your loyalty card for every shop on Eknas. There are no paper punch cards to lose and nothing to pay.
Show your code, or scan theirs
Show My code at the counter, or scan the shop's QR before you pay. Staff can also find you by your mobile number.
1 point for every NPR 1
Your bill turns into points on that shop's card. Some shops give a stamp for every set amount instead of a points bar.
Rewards the shop chose
A family momo platter, sel roti and chiya, a haircut. When one is ready, open a one-time code and show it at the counter.

A digital loyalty card your shop runs from the counter
Set your goal and rewards, put the QR poster on the counter and enter each bill. Points, reward codes, messages and the numbers behind your customer loyalty program all live in one place.
Points or a stamp card
1 point per NPR 1 with your own goal and smaller rewards on the way, or a stamp for every set amount spent on Growth and above.
Rewards nobody can cheat
Each reward is a 6-character code that works once and expires after 15 minutes. Every staff member signs in with their own login.
Offers that bring regulars back
Send offers to your members. On Growth and above, birthday, win-back and reminder messages go out on their own.
A page people can find
Every plan includes a public page in the Eknas shop directory. Growth adds your menu, map, branches and live offers.

How a loyalty card works at the counter
Customers scan the shop's QR or show their own code when they pay. Staff enter the bill and every NPR 1 becomes a point. When a reward is ready, the customer shows a one-time code and staff confirm it.
Scan or show a code
No plastic card. A customer who hasn't opened the app yet can be found by mobile number.
Enter the bill
Staff type the amount on the counter app and the points land on the customer's card straight away.
Redeem with a one-time code
The code works once, for 15 minutes. Points above the goal carry over to the next round.

Questions people ask about Eknas
Short answers. The full list is in the help pages.
What is Eknas?
Eknas is a loyalty program for cafés, restaurants, bakeries, salons, gyms and shops in Nepal. Customers earn 1 point for every rupee they spend and turn points into rewards the shop chooses, like a free momo plate or a haircut. Shops get a digital loyalty card, a counter app, offers and a public page.
How does a loyalty card work?
Each time you pay, the shop records your bill on your Eknas card and adds 1 point per NPR 1. When your points reach a reward, it appears in your app. You ask for a one-time code, show it at the counter, and staff confirm it. Points above the goal carry over to the next round.
Is Eknas free for customers?
Yes. Customers never pay Eknas anything. You create a free account with your email, add your mobile number, date of birth and city, and then collect points at every shop on Eknas. Rewards are paid for by the shops that run them, as part of their loyalty program.
Do I need to download an app?
No, but it helps. Eknas works in your phone's browser, and there is a free Eknas app for Android with the same account, cards and rewards. Shops can also find you at the counter by your mobile number, so you can earn even before you open the app.
How much does Eknas cost for a business?
Plans are priced per location in Nepalese rupees with 13% VAT included. Starter is NPR 799 a month, Growth NPR 1,999 and Pro NPR 4,999. Paying yearly costs less. Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial, and you can change plans or cancel from Billing.
Can my shop use a stamp card instead of points?
Yes. On Growth and above you can run a digital stamp card: customers get a stamp for every set amount they spend, for example one stamp per NPR 800, and the reward comes after a set number of stamps. Starter uses the points bar.
Which cities is Eknas in?
Eknas works for shops anywhere in Nepal. Today you can collect points at shops in Kathmandu. Open the shops directory and choose your city to see which cafés, restaurants, salons and gyms give points, with their rewards, menus and opening hours.
What happens to my rewards if a shop leaves Eknas?
You keep them. Under the Customer Reward Protection Policy, a shop that stops its program must give you at least 30 days to redeem what you have earned. You get the exact final date in the app and by email, with reminders 7 days and 1 day before it.
Is Eknas the same as eSewa or Fonepay points?
No. eSewa and Fonepay points come from payments and are redeemed through Fonepoints partners. Eknas is each shop's own loyalty card: you earn points from your bill at that shop, however you pay, and redeem rewards that shop chose. You can use both side by side.
